Work as a team with some of the brightest minds on campus. Bring your brilliant ideas to life as you compete with teams from across the U.S., with the winner going on to our global training program in Europe.

Career Exploration and Skill Development

Ace the Case

Practice your skills before putting them into practice with our Ace the Case program. This interactive program includes a case analysis workshop, presentation skills workshop, and business case simulation. Build the critical skills you need to analyze and present a compelling case, put them to the test and receive real-time feedback from KPMG professionals.

Branding U

Of course, you're brand-savvy! You dress to impress and follow the latest trends — but do you know what's the most essential brand in the world? Yours. KPMG Branding U is your source for advice on putting your best foot forward by creating a stellar résumé, networking, acing an interview, and so much more.

Frank K. Ross Leadership Institute

For 38 years, Frank K. Ross worked for KPMG and was the first Black professional elected to the KPMG partnership. Frank eventually became a member of the KPMG Board of Directors, the Chairman of the Board for the KPMG Foundation, and was a co-founder of the National Association of Black Accountants (NABA). Passionate about helping Black students succeed in the corporate world, Frank and KPMG founded the Frank K. Ross Leadership Institute to assist underrepresented talent. Through a series of informative sessions, participants will learn how to harness their abilities as they forge their own career paths and become the leaders they were meant to be.

Candidates should be pursuing degrees in accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, or a technology-focused major and identify as American Indian, Alaska Native, Black or African American, or Hispanic/Latinx.

KPMG Future of Tech Summit

The Future of Tech Summit is a program designed to expose you to “the world of technology” that exists within a professional services firm. Experience the future of work in this engaging summer program where you'll have the opportunity to:

Candidates should be pursuing degrees in accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, or a technology-focused major and identify as Black or African American.

The Future of Tech Summit application will open in January 2023.


Rise Leadership Institute

Rise up and leave your mark with KPMG! Our Rise Leadership Institute is redefining how the firm engages and supports inclusivity by giving people of color, veterans, people with disabilities, LGBTQ+, and first-generation college students the opportunity to develop their leadership abilities. Rise participants enjoy a variety of scholarship and career opportunities, a multiday summer leadership conference, a development program, and more.

Candidates should be pursuing degrees in accounting, finance, engineering, or an IT major, and identify as persons of color, veterans, persons with disability, LGBTQ, and/or first-generation college students.

Early Internship Application

Get an early start on your future career. At KPMG, we welcome early internship applications (two years prior to graduation) from eager go-getters looking to jump-start their careers.




Once successfully receiving an internship offer, candidates are invited to take a closer look at KPMG by participating in the KPMG Talent Prime program.

Open yourself up to a world of opportunity with the KPMG Global Advantage program. We designed this four-day global experience to help future KPMG interns discover what it means to work at one of the nation's leading professional service firms. All sessions are led by national KPMG partner instructors and will cover a range of topics, including:

To participate in Global Advantage, candidates must meet certain eligibility requirements, including having officially accepted an internship offer.

Embark Internship Application

We designed the Embark Scholars program to help high-performing students of color begin their career journey with the tools to be the KPMG leaders of tomorrow. This multiyear internship offers industry-leading technical and professional development training across all KPMG service areas and more.

Candidates should be pursuing degrees in accounting, taxation, finance, information technology, computer science, engineering, management information systems, or equivalent programs. Additionally, candidates should be from a traditionally underrepresented racial and ethnic minority group within the professional services industry.
